Cancellation.
At MrGGwillhelpyou, LLC and its divisions including – MrGG Multidimensional Workforce Network, MrGG Community Arts & Innovation Network, and MrGG Mental Wellness Team – Department of Community Mental Health — aim to provide accessible and reliable community services. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate cancellations in a respectful and fair manner.
Program & Service Cancellations
Participants may cancel their registration for any scheduled program, workshop, consultation, or support service by notifying us:

⏱️ Notice Required: At least 48 hours before the scheduled service or event.
If cancellation is submitted within this timeframe, participants will receive:
✔ A full refund or
✔ A credit toward a future program of their choice
This choice must be submitted in writing at the time of cancellation.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours from the service start time may:
• Result in forfeiture of refund or credit
• Be rescheduled one time upon special review
No-shows without contact may automatically be marked as non-refundable.

Provider-Initiated Cancellations
MrGGwillhelpyou, LLC reserves the right to postpone, alter, or cancel any program or scheduled service due to:
• Low enrollment
• Staff availability
• Emergencies
• Safety or well-being concerns
In such cases, all affected participants will receive:
✔ A full refund or
✔ Priority rescheduling into a comparable program
